Ebay Syncro

Mark,

There is a Syncro on ebay, number 220112121645. Is this the one you
saw at Deer Park or is it another one?

All members,

If anyone has any knowledge of this Syncro, please post a reply. We
have a New Zealand list member who is looking for a Syncro in
Australia.

Ralph (NZ),

We have at least one other list member in NZ; his email is:
springfieldhouse@xtra.co.nz

Thanks

Les
Hi Les,

This is not the Syncro from Deer Park as best I know. That one did not
have the interior fitout, and last I heard another member on the list
was offered the transmission from that vehicle.

The vehicle on Ebay also appears in better overall condition.

Regards,
Mark.

Thanks, Mark.  I put the question because our newest list member, Ralph Roden in New Zealand, is looking for a Syncro and possibly a Trakka.  He was originally interested in a Westfalia but I suggested that he would have a lot more choice if he included Trakka.

I expect that he will shortly post a "wanted" request.

As far as I know, they do not make Westfalias in right hand drive, if it matters.

Phill,

Ralph was initially looking at get a Westfalia from the US and converting it.  I suggested that a RHD Trakka might be the simpler option.
