As we are predominantly a group of males who share our secret men's business fixits I felt obliged to pass on the following to those wrestling with door lock, gear shift, battery terminal and other problems. For at least the shower wiring solution however, I think it preferable not to attempt this at home.
I also get the feeling that the instigators of these fixes are not heavily into rock climbing.
