High Beam Warning Light.

 Hi Guys

I desperately need to find a high beam warning light for the dash. My mechanic cant find one and it has held up my roadworthy being issued for nearly a month now. It is a tiny clear globe with two electrical wires running from it, unlike other dash warning lights that just fit into a socket connector console. Any help, please in how I can get my hands on one. When I see some of the bombs driving around and this tiny bulb is stopping me from driving a car I brought over 3 months ago and spent $1000's on in getting a RWC it makes my blood boil.
Regards

Michael

Michael,

I bought some for my 71 low-light - I am positive they are the same - as Ben T said they look like cheap Christmas tree/ fairy light bulbs.

I got mine from Supercheap Auto - they had them in a little blister pack.

They were about $2.00 for a pack of 2.

If all else fails try them or as Les mentioned try Jaycar - they have every globe you could imagine.

Cheers,

Scott

If the T3 you bought came with Ox sensor, just take the bulb out for that. IIRC, no Ox sensor needed for Oz.

No O2 sensor warning on aus cars, no bulb and no counter on speedo cable. Is this your second van? If so why not swap for rwc. Greg
