Not sure how to post with images, yet.

Thanks to Arne for the ad spot and also Scott for joining me for the inspection, huge help, thanks guys.

A few things i want to get sorted asap and would like any advice/info you can offer
Victoria Club rego, who are you with and what are their requirements.
I wont be driving the van a whole lot, a few trips throughout the year, so the club rego would be great.
What insurance company have you gone with, preferably if you're on club rego.
Thanks!
Alex
Hi Alex,

Congratulations - Well done on the purchase and getting home.

That is a beast you purchased.

Club rego is a great idea - I'm going there too.

Cheers,

Scott

Club rego.
How old do our cars need to be to qualify for club rego.
Forty five years ago when I was secretary of the CVTMC it was thirty years.
Any chance that the NSW Government has reduced it ?

Thanks Scott,
So i can get the 1989s on this year and the 1990s will have to wait another year.
All I need now is a club.

I’m a bit suss about some clubs, where the members can be likened to dog or cat owners.

Peter, where are you located? If in Victoria, Melbourne old school cruisers look pretty good. I contacted them with a picture and they said as long as its used for camping and it has road worthy, it should be fine.
Not sure about their upfront cost, but yearly membership is 25$.
