The sweet sound of the Subi 2.5 starting for the first time is a bloody relief.

Some pics and road test to follow. Still a lot of work to do.

Mark

Well done Mark.

Drive over for a look and compare notes.

Me n Aqua tossed around a few names - ended up with Sumbi .. ( Subaru - Kombi )

Waddya reckon ?

Thanks to Pete and Yurik and the guys at South St autos for advice and job well done.
Also SmallCar parts fit well. Time will tell if they last.

Nah; can’t put Subaru first so it should be Kombaru!  If it is a Syncro, it becomes Syncroru.

Maybe a Syncaru ?

Whatever it's called these things are fantastic to drive. It's a bit like how the
Syncro always should have been. Smooth off idle , keeps pulling all the way to 6000 rpm.
