sounds kinda strange to me.
Millions of cars have had still-decent coolant drained and refilled without any problems.

by it's very nature,   a mixture of anti-frz and water is designed to not froth or aerate.
That's fundamental to its requirements.

Maybe really cheap anti-frz / coolant ..but otherwise ..'no.'
