Thanks for that, this may be THE or else one of the problems that members are having. In my case, I can't see any of what you are showing there. No navigation preferences, ... nothing. Could be I'm using an Yahoo incompatible browser, I'm using "SRWare Iron", the cleaner version of Chrome, as explained here:

Is there a link you have that sends you direct to the Navigation Preferences page or does that only become available after signing in to your membership? Probably the latter.
Might do a test run with a pic and see if it makes the round trip ok.

The following might work:
Go to your membership in the Yahoo Groups site, then to navigation preferences and make sure you have the following:
Navigation Preferences
Conversations : Messages
Photos : Photostream
Links : Links
That is what I have and my photos come through.
