Plumbing underbody water tank

Hi All,

I have a trakka water tank to install into my van, the fit-out finally nearing completion.  Just wondering if anyone has some tips for running the water pipe and drain pipe through the floor of the van?  Just drill some holes, stick some pipes through then silastic?  Any preferred location for the pipes?  I think I have a photo somewhere of where trakka ran the pipes...

Hi Sam,

I have a Trakka with dual water tanks. We are on the road about to head north across the Victorian / NSW border via the Barry Way then heading to Bowral. If we pass your place you are more than welcome to see how Trakka did this?

Hi Jon,

Many thanks for the offer, though last weekend I drilled the significant holes in the van for the plumbing.  I'm pretty sure where I've drilled is a very similar spot to where trakka ran the pipes, though when last I had a chance to look at a trakka it appeared they just used silicon, I will also use rubber grommets then silicon.
