If not Just Kampers (which is probably cheaper) we had exactly the same problem just recently and got a set from GoWesty. Took a couple of weeks or so to arrive, though.

Apparently the syncro ones are different to the 2wd?

Is that correct?

I want to make sure I get the correct ones.

As with all things Syncro.... But you can buy a repair kit from GoWesty for just the front radiator hoses that Skot is referring to for around US$50 + postage. I think it came to around $70 all up.
