Sand Blaster

When you dropped in for coffee yesterday, I meant to show you something that I had just bought from Super Cheap, but our conversation was widespread and it went out of my head.

It was a hand held sandblaster that has an integral 600 ml hopper and is mobile (not a cabinet device) and could be extremely useful for dealing with anything that is deeply rust pitted.  At $35, it was worth getting one to try.

A very usefull tool Les,
but it must be used with care.

Really good eye and lung protection is essential.
I have a sand blasting cabinet, and the safety instructions advise a breathing mask,
even though the cabinet is sealed.
