Sense of humour

A sense of humour is just about mandatory for owning VW's, particularly the older ones.  That's the only thing that got me through on many occasions way back when I was running air cooled Type 1 and Type 3 vehicles !!

can honestly say that i have not met any VW owner, be it air cooled or
water cooled that doesn't have a sense of humour.
Apart from the few "yuppie" drivers that just buy a car..
