Syncro T3

Hi all,
I am in WA and looking for a T3 Syncro .I have previously owned one with front and rear difflocks and A/C (both difflocks and A/C would be preferable)if one could be sourced.I would travel to any state to have a look if the price and condition of the vehicle is acceptable.

Philippe, keep an eye on the internet car sales sites (drive.com and similar) because more seem to come up on the Internet than anywhere else.   Our champion Syncro finder is Ken Garratt, a member from the earliest days, so watch for any postings under Ken’s name.

Syncros with 2 diff locks are very rare here.

Syncros with 2 diff locks are very rare here.

Am still on a quest to acquire a Syncro T3 with aircon and a rear diff lock.

Sorry I dont have the magazine yet,flicked through it this evening,but could get you the number tomorrow night if you want.

Since most aircon units in Syncros were after market fitments, what’s wrong with fitting one if the vehicle ticks  all the boxes ?? Too easy really.

I still like the Russian air conditioning - where you open the window and the air comes rush'n in!

I abandoned my A/C as I found it was too hard and expensive to maintain and then the pop-top came along so the overhead unit was just not feasible nor did I enjoy bashing my head on it constantly.
