T3 left for a few days... running on 2 cylinders? HELP :(

ok so i left my sweet heart for about a week with out driving her. It took ages to crank her over and once started it need the gas pedal compressed completely to just keep her going... really sounds like she was running on 2-3 cylinders... too much fuel...? air flow meter??? This happened a while ago too but quickly fixed itself into a nice idle after a few seconds... the car is located at ninderry on the sunshine coast and i kinda need her fixed quick smart... any suggestions on the sunny coast??? or is it an idea to truck it to rudi's ... ? (sorry i have been away for a while hope everyone isdoing well :) ....
