Hi all. Just some more questions on my search to fix running issues. The van is a real dog until warmed up. I have installed the rebuilt AFM from GoWesty but still have issues. My attention has moved to the throttle. Checked the switch outputs as per Bentley. Got the right reading at idle, ie nil, then the infinity symbol as I moved the throttle but did not get the zero at full throttle. I can hear the audible click when I start to move throttle but not at the wide open position. I assume the switch needs adjustment. I will take off the throttle tomorrow and check and clean.
I also checked the connector from the ECU. Bentley says it should read 5 volts. I got fluctuating readings that were all over the place when ignition turned on. Not sure what this means. My next step is to check the outputs on the ECU connector as per Bentley.
Any advice suggestions appreciated. I also have the GoWesty vacuum TPS but have not installed it yet.
