14" verse 15" Wheels

I expect that this has been discussed numerous times but just thought I'd ask anyway.

What are peoples experience been like going from standard 14" wheels to 15" and 215x75x15 BFG's?

With a standard 2.1 wbx engine.   I have seen on other lists saying to expect a 9% loss in power, is this really that noticeble in a under powered car anyway...?

Not much difference except with braking.

Alternatively source the tyre size 225/70r15, roughly the same diameter as 205r14. There are a few nice AT's available.
