88 syncro front diff oil capacity?

Cant find any info in my manuals for oil capacity of front
diff? Anybody help? Thanks Bill Sullivan

Bill,
 
Bentleys gives it as 1.5 litres.  If you haven't got a copy of Bentleys, it is well worth the price.  It is the definitive source of information.

The Teutonic mind, in respect of writing workshop manuals, is completely unfathomable.  The fortunate owner of the manual, for which he paid a considerable amount of money, needs to get a logic by-pass operation from the local neuro surgeon.  Thus equipped, he launches himself into Bentleys in the firm belief that it is there somewhere.  It is there, on Page 39.42.  I strongly recommend a strong brandy and a good cigar for starters, followed by an uncommitted hour of close reading.
