Andrew and Melissa

It just dawned on me that your Syncro is RH drive. Where did you come
from originally? Overseas? And did you purchase the Syncro here?

Let's have some details, also some personal details. We are such a
separated bunch that we always like to know about each other and our
adventures.

I had a call from Andrew and Melissa today, now on their way back to Perth, via Tasmania, Victoria, NSW and everything on the anti-clockwise route around Australia, currently in Kangaroo Valley in NSW. 
 
Andrew tells me that he has encountered Syncros in many places, many of them in NSW.  He has been able to find the owners of several of them, passed on the fact that our Syncro specific website exists, and several have joined as a result.
 
His 2.5 litre Subaru conversion is running well and copes with his 2.5 tonnes plus Syncro.
 
Thanks Andrew and Melissa.  I regret that we were able to meet only the once during the time that you were in Melbourne - not counting the one occasion that Andrew and I had a shouted conversation on the Westgate Bridge !   In moving traffic !
 
I wish them both well and I hope that they can make contact with various Syncro_T3_Australia members en route.  Interesting that we do not have any members in the NT, but Andrew and Melissa might flush out a few on the way.

Hi Les,

Deb and I had the Syncro in Jervis Bay on Sunday, and whilst in
Huskisson we noticed a dark brown T3 with a "Carat" badge pass through
the town in the direction of Kangaroo Valley (ie, north to Nowra and
beyond). Could this be Andrew and Melissa?

If they are heading to Sydney soon feel free to pass them our details
- we'd be happy for them to visit.

All,
 
Andrew and Melissa get onto the Internet via their laptop whenever they can get a signal; they are connecting via the CDMA network.  If they look like heading your way, some meetings might be arranged.  They were in Kangaroo Valley two days ago.
