Victorian registration and has what looks like the 240 V supply socket in the RH air intake, so that would narrow it down.  I have seen this pic before but can't remember where.

Notice that it has a genuine spare wheel carrier.

Phil,
I am the chap talking to the owner while, unknown to me, this picture
was taken about 6 - 7 yrs ago
at the "4WD FIELD DAY" at Wandin North Vic. This Syncro has Dif
locks,ref counter,extra under body protection.
All these extras came with the original purchase.
