Australian Safari 16"

I would like to get the facts together on the Australian Safari vehicles and put them in our data files.
 
I wasn't aware, for example, that the two vehicles were ordered by TKM and that they were fully ADR compliant, so that's a good start.  I also didn't know that they are, apparently, the world's only RHD 16" Syncros.
 
Could I ask members to add whatever they know and particularly the chain of ownership.  I have started a data sheet.

Did you notice that Dave Berry's van was a high roof? Now it is a pop top.

Graham Lees bent the DC going over a jump in Darwin(?). The panel beater that straightened said it was the strongest car that had been on his body aligner and caused all sorts of problems.

I think that the DC 14" & 16" share the same body body shell, where the Transporters are completely different from Hanover.
