Camping gear for campervans.

Hi Campers,
Can I make the usual disclaimer that I have no connection with them and don't know about the quality but you will see in the attached advert that from Thursday of next week Aldi are offering some relatively cheap ways of bringing campervan convenience to non-campervans.

Must admit the older I get and the colder the Victorian winter nights become, the more  those $39 ensuite tents appeal.
Cheers
Roger

Roger, you may need to buy at least 1 or 2 additional items to help make the ensuite more functional :-)

Thanks Mark for pointing everyone in the right direction - that's it exactly. Thought particularly that the camp kitchen which it says is collapsible may be a cheap option for making a straight Caravelle more useful for occasional camping.(Wouldn't exactly rival your conversion) The LED torches looked good value too but I agree the ensuite needs some of the other items  to get a 5 star rating. It would make a campervan stand out however if you could advertise it "with ensuite"
Sorry to impose the extraneous items of my email on everyone due to my mistake. Can't guarantee a ride on the steam train if you all turn up to my grandson's birthday but would appreciate everyone deleting the erroneous link.
Thanks
Roger

Roger,

We purchased a camp kitchen from K Mart which was larger and probably slightly heavier for $69.00 as opposed to the Aldi $89.00 version.

Also my dad bought an Aldi LED torch (rechargeable) and said they put out excellent light but don't last long between charges - probably the same as my LED lantern which is also solar powered and an absolute piece of crap (purchased that one from K Mart). We've gone back to the gas lantern.

Cheers,

Skot

Thanks Skott - useful feedback. I hope I haven't LED anyone astray on the torch.
