Centre Caps for Mefros

Hi,

I am looking for centre caps that will work with the Mefro rims.

Has anybody found something local?

Syncro services have them but the cost blows way out once the DHL shipping is added.

Cheers,

Norbert.

Hi Norbert, if need be have them send to my friend in(near) Hamburg and he will post them to you.

Very reasonable to send by snail mail which these days will be airfreighted anyway.

These are the same as the ones sold by Syncro services.

Are the shipping costs charged by Van Cafe generally reasonable? I am worried that UPS is only mentioned on the web site page. The US Postal service is a much cheaper option - hopefully they offer this shipping option.

Thanks,
Norbert.
Hi Norbet,
Van Cafe typically should ship parcels to Oz via USPS First Class Mail International for parcels weighing up to 4lbs weight, which should be the case for four caps. This is the most economical service out of USA and in my experience, very reliable.
If unsure, email a query to them first, I'm sure that by now they are familiar with shipping orders to Australian customers.

Hi, anyone know where I might get a cheap but RWC drivers door, pref in white and in Melbourne area? One of my hinges has broken at the weld inside the inaccessible area of the door and I don't think cutting open and welding will be any easier or cheaper than swapping doors.
Door works ok, but it won't pass a RWC.
Thanks,
 Nick

Nick,

Speak to Lloyd Davies at Volkwerke in Greensborough, phone 9435 1868.  Tell him you are a member of the Syncro_T3_Australia group and referred to him by Les Harris.
