Coil Over Shock

Good morning Syncronauts,

we finished the development of our coilovershock-system and got the
official GO from the german TUEV!

Some photos at the gallerie...

Wish you all a nice day,

Dirk
Hi Dirk

Wow that looks like a great system. Well done!
Have you published anything else about it like advantages, cost,
supplier, availablity etc?

ALso where did you get that smart (fibreglass?) camper top? It also
looks very impressive!

Regards

PK

Well, as you might know, i am from germany, so i used german parts.
The shocks are gas-pressured shocks from Bilstein, the springs are
produced from HR (www.h-r.com)!

The advantage of this system is:

- More travel of the shocks
- easy to adjust springs
- easy to change springs (to test several spring-rates)
- the possibility to balance the car, if you installed some heavy
furnitures
- a chassis with wich you donĀ“t notice if you hit a kerb ;-)

The price would be round about 1300,- Euros!
It is available from know! At the moment i am looking for a
possibility to offer a cheap and easy way to the australian
syncronauts to buy parts. Maybe i will open an online-store? Does
someone have a good idear? Maybe a partner i can ship the parts to?

Sorry, i forgot this... You can buy this tops here in germany. We also
have a lot of used tops you can get quite easy. The only problem might
be the shipping costs. I am thinking about that.... Maybe we can
collect some wishes and rent a container?

See you,

Dirk
