Hi all,
The time has come to sell my beloved SYNCRO. This forum seemed the obvious place to try first so here goes!
Where do I start? It’s a 1989 SYNCRO pop top
camper with a Subi EJ25 conversion done by Luke when he was still in Melbourne.
Low k’s 271xxx.
The conversion was done at 215,000 and the motor had 90,000 on it when installed. The conversion was done with all Smallcar parts to maximise clearance.
Rust free.
Difflock gearbox and decoupler retro fitted by Luke with electric solenoids operating the vacuum actuators, which has proven a very reliable set up.
The gearbox and decoupler were rebuilt by Racetrans approx 20,000k’s ago before installation.
New radiator approx 30,000 k’s ago.
Air cond.
Car Builders body deadening and matting which has been a great improvement.
Caravelle captains chairs.
UHF.
Engine Guard recently fitted.
New 120AH Lithium House battery with external Anderson plug for solar if required (not usually)
New fridge, the old Engel is still working but a bit noisier than the new one and can go with it.
5 x Mercedes 15” rims (with the correct taper nuts) with B.F. Goodrich TA’s.
Darkest legal tint.
45ltr water tank and seperate 20ltrs of drinking water, each system with its own tap.
Overall it’s in great condition and I’m sure it will not disappoint anyone who wants to have a look.
It’s amazing where this van will go and it’s been an unbelievable journey but things have changed so unfortunately I have to move it on.
I’m asking $31,000 for it and you can contact me on 0423 115 312. I’m in Fremantle WA.
Cheers
Andy
