I sold this women one of my 2.1 motors about 3 years ago. Don't know the car
but the motor at sale time had app. 110 thousand k and was in good nick. She
has contacted me to know the history of the engine so she could inform next
owner. Hope the group doesn't mind me passing this info onto the group.

Its sad to sell it but my circumstances just don't allow for keeping it any
longer, I had some fun in it though last year - drove up to cape
tribulation in the wet through all the rivers and got there no problem! and
also took it out to Mt Surprise in QLD fossicking for topaz and got up all
the 'jump ups'..was really amusing to hear the guy at the petrol station out
there say 'oh you wont get out there in that!'
I will attach some images hopefully they are not too big. There is more on
ebay in any case or I am happy to email more to interested people.

Spotlights - Towball - Bullbar
Silver Original Paint - a few small bubbles of rust just above the petrol
inlet and usual chips etc on the front Rear Diff lock with switch on dash
Driveshaft is currently off and is in the boot (to save wear on VC) Grey and
Blue Velour original interior incl panels and carpet Tyres are good at front
excellent on rear, the rear tyres are wider On board tyre compressor behind
rear licence plate Dual batteries with swap over kill switch (under drivers
seat) Tinted windows in fair condition Long range fuel tank water tank with
tap at rear Aeroplane style airconditioning that is not hooked up to the
motor speedo 322000 - motor replaced - (as you know :) secondhand not recon.
Faults
windscreen is cracked
leaks water - no oil is leaking in either motor or gearbox scratch and small
dint in drivers side Speedo is not working
