FW: [Syncro_T3_Australia] Roll Pin

Roger,
Sounds interesting. Got a spare one of these mod roll pins to "show & tell" at the Nationals?

Ken,

Attached or inserted (that’s at the whim of Yahoo!) is a pic of a roll pin.  The free diameter is a very small amount greater than the size of the hole that they are designed to fit.  When they are driven in, they compress and become locked in position.  They are widely used in industry.

Ken - I was tempted to make everyone crawl under the Kombi, but I haven't updated the First Aid Certificate - so I'll bring one with me. You've probably see "R" pins used on the three-point linkage on the back of a tractor, for fast and convenient implement removal. Cheers, Roger [Beetle] Bayley.

Roger,
No not me ... never got that close to a tractor. Hartmut is your man!!
