Hoges, in his past life, was a painter of a certain clotheshanger bridge, so Hartmut and he would really hit it off, be like two peas in a pod.
To keep away any pesky syncros from this august ceremony, surely Hoges would offer his secure pad for the proceedings and surely there'd be a swag of votes in it, helicopter Julia in to officiate.
