Took a few VW orientated photos on my recent trip to Italy which I'd like to share with you and invite comments:

I think someone has previously commented that these rather neat bumpers are fibre glass after market.

The Swiss registered Westfalia Joker Camper sported an O.E.M. looking "camper" badge which I haven't seen before, Its tow bar free bike carrier was very common on campervans I saw.

The diesel VW derivative that we hired for the 4 of us.(Yes I am a lucky bloke)

Solar generating noise abatement barriers on an Autostrata - just as I was believing Australia is leading the world in our carbon reduction sacrifices)

I've left off the photos of the glorious red 356 Porche that I photographed in a Siena parking station.
Enjoy
Roger

Roger,

There has been a problem with missing and delayed messages across all Yahoo groups over the last week or so.   They are aware of it and are ‘working on it’.

Later USA models had them, as well as some other countries. That actually looks like a US spec Vanagon.

There used to be one of those badges on a camper near me. As well as a "Kamper" badge.
