I'm given to understand the emergence of repair kits has come about due to a new fork being NLA.
Feel free to find a source for a new fork.

Like most of these NLA myths, when I checked it out they still are available. I think that the cost was around $300 or $400. You can just buy them from any dealer.

They indeed available. About as much as what I paid for 3 years ago. Half of 300 Aussies. I will do a test order on Tuesday and see what shows up. Monday is a holiday here.
