Gearbox with Difflock

Hi there!

I am searching a gearbox with difflock. I have a normal EX Telstra 6P (No difflock), serviced just 15000 km ago, no leaks, runs perfectly quiet and smooth.

Or does anybody the parts to convert, for sale. I think i need the 6PA suiting to the front diff.

Maybe somebody knows somebody who sells gearboxparts & gearboxes.

Let me know, thanks!

Cheers

Seb
Hi Seb,
Is this the part you`re after?

Im happy with my Syncro without the diff locks. I like that phrase
"if you look after them they will look after you."
You`ve got G and Reverse in low range that will get you out of the muck 99% of the time
Cheers Dave

Hi Seb,
Worth trying Rudi Purkhart,   07 3408 6669 or 0403 113 457 he did instal a diff lock into the T2
Which took part in the Rover Trail.
Also you could try Tristar Connection (Germany)  or Paul Mülller (Mülller and Müller, Lakemba)
Paul is sort of de facto agent for Tristar Connection and has a shipment coming soon.
Hope this helps,
Hart

Hart. Thought Ronnie schmit in kempsey did the diff lock install in Neils 2wd. Bill
Thanks Bill, I had been misinformed on that one, my apologies. I now remember that Ronnie
told me that a bit of machine work went into this to give it the strength required.

No worries, i actually ordered this one in Germany, just waiting for the parcel. Also got the whole vaccuum system with 2 knobs.

Just wondering how far you guys are getting without difflock.

A positraktional Diff would be worth it maybe aswell.

Cheers

Thanks a lot

I thought about Rudi might be the best connection.

Parts from Germany are always a fortune in postage. Especially to Alice Springs. I bought a lot of spareparts already in shops there. As soon as they are heavy (and i guess the case + diff is extremly heavy)

I might ask in futures, if somebody is interested in combination postage. From time to time I am purchasing stuff, from Busschmiede.de, syncro-services.com or brickwerks.co.uk

I am from Germany, so i am getting parcels of relatives, and the costs are shocking ;-)

But i chose this country here, so i have to live with it..haha.

It doubles the value of the car just in postage ;-)

Cheers

Seb
