Its an “Island Camper Conversion” which appears very similar to a Trakka conversion. The cupboards look a bit different but the Owner could have changed them over the vehicles life.

Yep you are right. The roof looks like Trakka. Internal clips are the same as is the shape of the cut out and roof. But it does look like there are external roof supports which in all honesty are probably a good thing - and something the Trakka version is lacking.
Not heard of “Island Camper Conversion” - I assume a Tassie company?
Its been built using an ex telecom car too. Quite a few in Tassie.
