We own a 1987 Syncro Adventurewagen in the USA. We need a 6.17 R&P for
the transmission end to replace the existing 6.17 that had failure at
decoupler. Are there contacts there for these (the R&P 6.17's)? We
have not had any luck finding 6.17 R+P and appreciate any help someone
can give us. We are considering going to 5.87 if other can not be
found.
I have also posted a wanted listing for the R+P at www.samba.com with
a picture of the van.
