Two errors. Compare what you typed with what it should read below.
VIN should be WV2ZZZ25ZMG017928
No idea if it's a syncro.

If not yet presented by a previous owner, this vehicle is eligible for the free VW 20F3 Vehicle Safety Recall campaign concerning replacement of all fuel injectors, engine bay fuel lines and their covers plus all associated connectors. But at the moment, you seem to have enough on your plate already.

I have a just detected similar problems today.

Leaving for a trip to Kennedy Range and Mt Augustus (WA) in 10 days.

Can someone suggest who might have the tank and switch in stock in Australia?

make sure you get to Bilung Pool ( there's a track on the north side that leads down poolside for camping ) and Honeycomb gorge is stunning. Cobra doesn't sell fuel anymore and Mt Augustus is waiting for pump repair - takes about 3 hours to fill a syncro...

I have looked on two maps and cant see Bilung Pool or Honeycomb Gorge. Can you tell me more? Greg
