Leaking Waterboxer.......now an Engine Conversion

Yep.
I bit the bullet last week and put down a deposit on a 24000km SOHC
Subaru EJ25 engine. And I am as excited as a little
boy at Christmas!!!
I probably won't get the engine for a few weeks, and then won't
actually start the conversion until January, but the process has
commenced.
Woohoo.

Where from and how much?

I am not looking to change my original engine, but I (and other
members) would certainly like to know.

Yeah no worries Les.
I bought it from Sunspares Subaru on the Sunshine Coast. It cost (a
whopping) $4500 but I had been researching this for quite a while and
it was the best option. They are modifying the harness for an
additional $200 and will test run the engine for me. THAT is worth a
lot. I will post their tel. number on a later post. I would be happy
to keep the list updated on my progress if that was desired but I
know this is a Syncro list. Your call folks!
