Looking for a swivelling seat base

So I want to make my front passenger seat swivel for extra seating when camping, and I've found the part at justkampers.com.au but it's $500..

Does anyone here know of an alternative?

Thanks in advance,

Gaetan

Where are you.

Just slide seats out and turn them around 180 (free)

I think that I have a couple of them.

I used them in the old setup, but took them out because I didn’t need them in the new set up.

To confirm, I’ll need to find them.

Trakka fitted the for me back in the 80’s

Hi Peter,

just wondering if you'd had a chance to look for these swivelling seats bases by any chance?

Thanks,

Hi Gaetan,
Sorry, I’d forgotten all about our E-mails.

I’ll have a look ASAP.

If I stored them properly, they should be on a particular rack.
I only used them for a couple of years, and they’ve been dry stored, so they should be good.

My problem:
This shed is 2400 ft sq and it’s packed.

Another problem, and this is personal:
I have two sets of carburettors belonging to one of my cars,
and I have not been able to find them.
I certainly haven’t thrown them out.

Peter

Hi Gaetan,
I was climbing on fixtures in my workshop, and looking across, I think that I have found them.

Are you still interested ?

They were fitted for me by Trakka in the mid 80’s.
Later I reconfigured the seating and furniture, thus removing them.
Since then they have been in dry storage.
The last ten years, on top of this fixture.

There is not much space where they are to get a ladder in,
but will do it in the next couple of days.
