master break cylinder

Hi team.

I have a leak where the hose from the brake fluid reservoir enters the master brake cylinder.
There is a hose clamp that connects the supply line to the master brake cylinder @ the bottom via a plastic connector.
This connector is loose and wobbles where it enters the master brake cylinder and brake fluid leaks out drop by drop.
Can that be fixed and how do you do it.

Tom
Hi Tom. Are you possibly talking about the clutch supply line. Greg

Hi Greg,

Its the lower part of the master cylinder where this problem happens
The hose is a webbed one and i think it comes from the top of the reservoir.

The hose that runs off the reservoir runs to the clutch master cylinder. There is a grommet that holds in a little plastic nipple. Basically you either buy a rebuild kit or a new master to get one. That said I would not know where to buy a rebuild kit these days. If there is tension on the hose that can pull on the nipple and make the grommet leak. Didn't you recently replace this part? If so you may be able to swap the grommet off the old one (or off your wreck). Greg

I replaced the slave cylinder.
It looks like the master has been replaced before I bought it.
I think something was not done properly in the install.
Very inconvenient location.
I see if I can push the plastic grommet/nipple in a bit further to seal  the leak.
