New Syncro member

Hello fellow VW Syncro drivers

I am new to this group. I have 1990 VW T3 Syncro which is an Ex Telstra vehicle.

I have put a photo of my vehicle in the Photo section called SolarSyncro for people to see.

I am installing a Dual battery system which is based on the system I used when I was
travelling for 4 months in WA (Westernn Australia) in my T3 Caravelle.

One of the main reasons for installing the system is to keep my Beer cold!

Bernd,

Welcome to the group, all new members are appreciated here. Great to see
so many ex Telstra Kombis being loved now - as compared to many of their
former owners. Good luck with your travels.

Let us know where your based, I assume your somewhere in WA?

Regards,

Scott

Terrigal NSW

Hello Scott

I live in Melbourne as was in Western Australia on a 4 moth holiday.

I drove from Melbourne to Adelaide where I put the car on the train to Perth. There i
attended the 2000 Bugin at Easter time. After that I went to Kalgoorlie, Meekatharra,
Port Headland, Kununarra, Broome back to Perth, Albany Esperance, Port Lincoln and
finally back home to Melbourne. Approx 25,000Km.

It was a good Holiday and i want to do it again!
