I have just replaced mine as part of trying to fix my running problems. Car has done 200,000 km and I had no trouble at all getting the old one out. I assume when it was put in they used plenty of lubrication. Got mine from Tooleys in Sydney. It’s a good idea to get the compete unit with the two plugs rather than splicing in just the sensor. Overnight delivery by Aus Post. Has not lead to any noticeable change in performance though. But it’s good to do as they recommend replacing every 100,000 km.
