Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone els has had the experience of the little plastic clips that hold the headlights in place break. I am missing one on the lefthand side driving light and am certain that the others are probably perished.. Are they still available? Cheers Tony |
I think that I bought a kit from Van Cafe.
They could be available from VW.

Yes its probably easier to replace with stainless steel screws and washers, but if you are fitting them remember the outside is defferent to the inside of each and its easier if you remove the whole bracket first and maybe replace the 4 screws with stainles as well.
thats my experience.

Hey Philip, this sounds like a good idea. Is this what you have done? Do you have photos of yours? What do you mean when you say the outside ones are different to the inside? Cheers Tony |
