Ponies

Hi Greg, for the time being these are the only ponies I was allowed to invest in !! They are fantastic lawn mowers....
The engine has to wait a bit, how is yours going? All finished? Can't remember is it 2.4 or something like that ? Bring us up to speed please. Are the Go Westy kits any good? Maybe 2.2 ?
Don't really like the idea of filing the crank case to make room for the con rods.

Nice ponies Hart. My 3 year old Audrey would never leave your place if she saw them. My engine is going great. It has heaps of power. I didn't use a gowesty kit. I don't like the low compression ratios they use. The case clearancing is not that drastic and is only needed if you use strokes north of 81ish mm. Its is just under 2.4, 82mm stroke 96mm bore. I am very tempted to get a caravelle as the family car and do it all over again. Your man Ron sounds like a great resource for our gear train repairs, I hope he keeps working for many years to come. Greg E
