Porsche CV Joints?

I have read in a number of places that there is a model Porsche that
has CV joints that will fit on to the rear drive shafts of our buses,
and that they are stronger and have better articulation - particularly
useful on a bus with bigger wheels/tyres like mine.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

do you know if they fit straight on (great!) or do they require any
mods (mmm, not so good!)?
I've also tried on the net to get a price on them, unseccessfully. Do
you have any idea?
