Powdercoating

I need to get a bull bar powdercoated in Sydney. Anyone had any experiences?

Phill
Phill, is the bar already painted as my experence has been that this can leed to issues with the charging the surface to make the powder cling to the job evenly.

If it is painted perhaps sand blasting may be worth while? Then acid dip . rince, chromating process to ensure the surface bonds to the paint effectivly,
The alumimum pool fencing manufactures usually do powdercoating at competitive prices.
Their treatment baths are usually big enough to do bars.

Thanks, the bar is already powdercoated white. I am hoping to get it done somewhere that will sandblast, clean and coat.
