hello group. I suspect a leak in my power steering system. Just wondering if power steering fluid is all the same and compatible before I top it up. Regards Greg N
No, not all the same. Spec on the bottle I have, see picture (Febi brand). Not sure if one brand is better than the other, but I guess places with European cars would have something compatible. It's not cheap, so find the leak!
The system is not that big, so should not be hard to find a leak. Only leak I have had in mine was coming through the pressure switch (on the pump)
