re: Syncro rims and tyres info

Gday All,

Worth a read re: mostly for syncro 15" /16" rim & tyre info and specs. Forewarned is forearmed prior to talking to naive rim and tyre sellers.

Bear in mind the stock final drive gearing of Oz and US syncros are different, so glean info from this article with due care.

Good find Ken.

As you say the final drive is different in the US to Australia as is the tyre size. The US original tires were the Michelin MXLs with 819 revolutions per mile in size 205/70/14. Our tyres were the Michelin X with 773 revolutions per mile in size 205X14C.
