Re: [Syncro_T3_Australia] TDi Air Intake... [6 Attachments]

Unfortunately for us Aussies, the first diesel Audis sold in Australia arrived in about 2007 and there were only around 50 Golf III diesels.

Correct, only 50, and we got one of them and it's still going strong... But
then again, if anybody is seriously
Considering the installation of a TDI engine one can import the front half
of a TDI Golf from Japan . I bought
Mine through mullerandmuller.com .au a few years back. It's sitting in the
shed doing nothing because I consider myself as being not competent for the
job.I just barely finished my bi plane which took me 14 years to built, ( VW
2 ltr 80 hp type 1 engine). If only some authority like Martin would show up
in Oz and run a
Seminar on this topic he could have the use of the Tristar for as long as he
wishes!!! Or if he would write
THE TDI HENNING with lots of pics (Bilderbuch) I put my order in today!

Hartmut, we'll talk about that once I manage to come over :) 4zyl. TDi
is the most common conversion in europe, almost the easiest you can
do. Ok, this 115hp 4zyl 2E/ADY petrol engines are EVEN simpler to
install :)
