It’s a german syncro.

The former owner shortened it to make it better for trial use. The propshaft and gear linkage were shortened. In total it’s 71,5 cem shorter then a standard single cab.

The engine , gearbox and frontdiff were already sold, I just bought the body.

Getting it running will be a 2009 project I’m afraid.

It came up at ebay about a week ago and I got lucky :-)

Go on Mike admit that you bought it so that you had something to pull you out of the situation shown in your October 2008 Syncro Calendar photo. How did you get out of that? The new aquisition must have a very tight turning circle.
