suppliers list

Les and group,I have recieved my engine conversion parts from Smallcar in the States. All looks like very well fabricated.Easy on line shop and payment/delivery.I have the engine,it is a 2000 ej25 sohc.
A complete stainless exhaust,2'' headers and collector pipe,2 1/4 cat and muffler. It bolts up close to where our standard cat and muffler sits.
They also make 2'' standard replacement exhaust, worth a look.
Very nice aluminium shortened oil pan,S/C syncro powder coated engine mount, which alows me to use the standard VW engine mounts and engine bash bar, although I have to lenghten it 2.5''.Also a induction reversal kit that allows the subaru air box on the left hand side of engine compartment(more room).
Smallcar also have other standard replacment parts and accessories.
I also have a RJES bellhousing which I will bolt the ej25 to the VW gear box, using a VW 228mm clutch plate, with a Suby pressure plate and bearing and VW slave.Although I didnt buy my bellhousing from Richard(RJES,England),I am purchasing a RJES reverse coolant manifold, which directs the coolant in the right direction(the front),and he has very good VW/Subaru engine conversion parts and services.
I could recomended these two suppliers and Florian for decouplers for Aussies who sometimes have to look further for what they want.
Great work Ben.

Cant wait to see some photos of this. If you have some welding skills the lengthening of the skid pan should be no trouble. Where the skid pan mount to the chassis will usually need to be moved back and new holes drilled etc.

Best of luck with it.

Cheers,

Skot

I've seen some of the bits, and it really looks like a factory conversion. Very tidy!
