Syncro 16" Rear Stub axle

Hi Guys,

I broke a rear stub axle yesterday afternoon on my way home from picking up the kids. 
Took off from the lights and crack!!  No drive.  
Does anyone know where I might find a 16" Syncro rear stub axle?

If it were me I would find the part number of axle and then do a cross match to see what other vehicles use this part. Knowing VW its probably used on varoius other models. Possibly.

part number is 251 501 265   They are syncro 16" only.

Thanks Phil,

I have taken out a loan and bought the last one from Brickwerks as I need to get the kids to school on Thursday :).
I would like another for the other side and found one in France for about the same price but will wait still hoping for a better deal.  
In your link below I noticed it lists T2 production from '95 to '03 in addition to Syncro.  Not sure what this means.  
Would this be Brazil T2 production?  Perhaps I can chase the part no. there?

I think that the '95 to '03 is an error.

As far as I know 16" syncros were not available in South Africa and were only made in Graz.
