The other thing that hasn't yet been mentioned that normally has a huge
bearing on the size of the premium is the applicants past n0-claims
record, for example, up to say a 60% reduction.
Do you feel this played some part in the final outcome of this
reasonable insurance premium in your case?

Hi All, Francesca’s premium is basically the same as ours though the CMCA motorhome association (around $400) – although she has a higher coverage where we’re probably underinsured slightly for our vehicle as the CMCA would only insure to the purchase value. However, when I shopped around for insurance I found that I got extra cover for up to $300.00 less than the big insurers through the CMCA. I do think for those of us with campers it is worth checking out these associations.
