Les mentioned in an earlier post that I have a Syncro for sale.
Have had it for 10 years, used it quite often in the first 6 years but have struggled to find the time and enthusiasm recently.
The details are as follows.
First registered in 1990, it is an 89 build as far as I know. It is a Syncro with a Trakka Gold Pack Conversion. It has the works as far as Trakka was concerned. Solar Panels, full swivel Racing Seats, Pop Top, Removable and swing out Cooker , Hot and Cold Water Tanks (Stainless Steel not Aluminium) the hot has the heat exchange mechanism which is very effective. Sink, Cooker, shower at the rear. Rear Annex and Side annex, table inside, original carpets throughout, Hayman Reese Hitch, and alloy Bull Bars etc. It has the works as far as a Trakka was concerned....I remember Les was taken by the fact that it had a tacho instead of a clock.... it also has loads of spares, a full Bentley Manual.... tables and chairs etc etc etc.
It has the power steering and came with rear diff lock... I bought and had a decoupler fitted so it runs as 4WD or 2WD... which I have found to be magnificent for my needs. I still have the VC that came out .. and it was in good condition when it did.
The van is is top original condition and goes great, has had a new water pump recently and a new rear diff was popped in about 10,000 km ago. I put a new deep cycle batter and main battery about 6 months ago.
Motor is great, still original but had been renewed beforw I got it. It has 276,000 km on it currently, 46,000 done by me in the last 10 years.
