Whilst we are on the subject of loose bits, I would
like to get hold of a tacho instrument panel.
If anyone has one or hears of one, I would like to
know.
Thanks

Yeah I got my tacho off ebay in the US. Think it ended up costing a
bit over $100 Aussie to get it into the country. Buying from ebay US
can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 months to deliver. Always ask for
a tracking number, I have been burnt once. Usually I like to get a
bunch of bits at the same time to try and cut down on postage.
I've also bought items from volks cafe (now van cafe) and they were
really nice people to deal with. They probably have a tacho lying
around if you ask them.
Well worth it in my opinion, knowing the exact rpm really changed the
way I drive my syncro. Realised how hard the engine is going at
110km/h, and that I want bigger wheels!
